confused

Not really sure what to think everyone..I haven't felt myself for a couple of weeks and my doctor asked me to do a home pregnancy test to make sure my levels had gone down...it came back positive two days ago about a month after my surgery for an ectopic pregnancy now i have to go for hcg levels every week until they see whats going on..don't know what to think i'm bleeding very very lightly and this period doesn't hurt at all..they think i may possibly be pregnant again but not getting hopes up because if its just leftover hormones i dont want to put myself through pain. SO lost right now

the test was EPT Rapid Results by the way and i took two the first time around 8 at night faint positive next one 6 oclock following morning darker positive line
