I am not sure of my opinion on them. I think I might consider trying them. Not to be gross, but how much liquid do they hold? My periods are quite heavy, usually on the end of the 1st and the 2nd days (Sorry, TMI)! I don't like wearing tampons.....I don't know...I might look into it some more.....

They say you can wear them for 12 hours on lite days, 8 for regular days, and 6 for heavy..They make disposible ones and reusable ones.
