Hey How ya doing? . . well im just stopping by Letting most girls know that i am very New to this site . It seems Nice. I am 16 years Old and I am pregnant with my First Baby. I am 19 weeks prego.I am very exited about my Baby cant wait to find out what it is. This day will be very soon im going to find out on Monday.I hope its a Girl But i will be happy either way. I have Only One question Do most hospitals Keep you for 48hrs when its a Vaginal Birth?..Thanks for lisening. Bye

Mine is 24 hours for a vaginal unless something goes wrong...

congrats and welcome. With my son, in '05 I was in the hospital for 48 hours, but I chose to stay that extra day because I was scheduled for a hearing test for my son. With my daughter, I had a midwife, and my daughter was born at 6:59pm and she was already writing up my discharge papers, until I told her I wanted to stay at least one night, so at 9:30am the next morning, I was home. With this one, if its born before 8am, I am going home.
