Thats really good for your first week, congrats!
The website is nice and all but I'd still rather pay what youre paying. Oh well lol. Good luck on your next weigh in!

Yep, the first week is 500 cals of all protien. We survived on chicken breasts, tilapia, pork chops, shrimp, etc. No carbs aloud in the first week. The second week you do the same, but you add 1 cup of uncooked or 1/2 cup of cooked veggies. No starches at all such as potatoes, corn, sweet potatoes. No carrots. The 3rd week you can have 2 cups of veggies or 1 cup of veggies and 1 cup of fruit.
I forgot to mention that after the first week you can have protien shakes, but make sure the carb count is really low. EAS Advantage premixed shakes are pretty good and they only have 4 carbs per serving. You can have cottage cheese, laughing cow cheese, fat free cream cheese Just about anything with high protien/low carbs, but watch the fat! You must take a multivitamin and I suggest a calcium and omega-3 suppliment too. Ask your local pharmacy if they have something called ketosis sticks because they tell you if your body is burning fat and has debleated its carbs. Also, since you wont be getting the b-12 injections ask if they have a b-12 vitamin suppliment. You can have diet sodas, crystal lite, and all the poweraid zero you want. You also have to drink a gallon of water a day because a high protien diet is very dehydrating and if you dont get enough water in you'll retain water weight. It's a lot of information to take in, but it's so easy once you get started. My next weigh in tomorrow and I weighed myself this morning and down 4 more lbs! I didn't even work out this week   Let me know if you have any questions I'll be glad to answer them.

ETA: You can use just about every dry seasoning to season your meat. Just no BBQ sauces and stuff loaded with carbs and/or sugar.

Well I went to the grocrey last night and got all the meats and more that you mentioned.Lol.So eggs and salad are fine just with no dressing right? And the second week adding a cup of veggies is for the whole day right? Not per serving. How do you 'snack'? My husbad is gonna do t with me and he works so Im afraid hell starve!

You can have newmans spray dressing. I snack on cheese, dill pickles, and once in a while I'll have a hillshire farm 40cal hot dog with sourkrout and and mustard/no bun. My Hubs is doing it too, so yours should be fine! Did he get appetite suppresants? They say men lose weight a shitton faster than women so maybe that'll motivate him. Last week we both had our 3 week weigh in and DH is down 24 lbs. It's insane.
ETA: Yes, in the 2nd week only 1 cup per day then the following week you add another. I'm positive you'll lose weight if you eat more than just 1 cup, but if you follow it exactly it'll fall off a lot quicker.

Poweraid Zero is pretty good and Sprite Zero is addicting. It has no caffeine so that's a plus. If you're a tea or coffee person you can have it black with sweet & low.
I didnt know WW had their own cheese I'll have to check that out. And yes, having your husband do it with you is going to make it so much easier. I don't think I'd last if mine was still ordering pizzas and other crap we dont need. Good luck & I hope you had fun on your vacation!

How many carbs are in WW ice cream? I've had the WW ice cream cakes and they're soso good, but way too many carbs for this diet. I found some low carb desserts on allrecipes.com that I'm thinking about trying. This one sounds pretty damn good.

I'm pretty sure the nutritional info can be tweaked lower with some I can;t believe it's not butter and low fat or fat free cream cheese.

Kind of stalled out. Had a lot going on these past few weeks... My daughters 1st birthday, family visiting, ladies night out. Turned into a major fatass and stuffed my face with every carb I could imagine and had a few too many drinks. I'm retaining 2lbs of water, but I still lost 2 lbs of fat   it doesnt make sense because I pigged out on mcdonalds and other junk crap and didnt exercise. Oh well, back on the plan... hopefully next week I'll see a bigger number!
