i think you should do whats best for YOU...and you only..i think bortion is wrong but in cases like this its"ok"..i mea..you are only 16..so one day you will eventually get married, and have kids again and it will be a whole different situation.ya know?but like i said...do whats best for YOU...

My advice to you is to keep the baby and focus on graduating high school. I was 17 when I had my first. I was alone the whole time but had support from my family. I thought my life was over. Now my baby girl is two. I have a good job, for not having went to college. I am with her father and we are expecting baby #2 in Feb.

if you dont mind me asking why didnt you go to college ? was it possible for you at that time or was the baby sort of "in the way" so to say ?

hey sweetie. im sorry to hear what happened to you.. but i can understand what you mean about not knowing who the babys father is... but at the same time... even though the way the baby was concieved is terrible. it is not the babys fault. having an abortion is a very hard decision. as far as the "older generation" of your family.... they can not fault you for this. it isn't your fault and its not like you willingly opened your legs for someone and even if theydo not agree with you keeping the baby now things can change down the road. Before you "clinic" day call the school you plan on attending and see how things will work out if you have a child, ask as many questions as you can think of. some schools actually have thingsfor young parents.You DO NOT need to give your name when you call to ask a question. that way you dont have anyone in your personal business especially if you plan on going through with it.

I did go to cosmetology school but before I finished my mom decided to move back home to washington. We are a military family and her husband was stationed in Virginia. Once we moved here I had to get a job and couldnt go to school. But my job offers pharmacy technician training for free as long as you work there for two years. I am going to start that program after the baby is born.

Have you looked into an "Open Adoption"? You could still see your baby and your child would know you were the one who gave birth to him/her. I believe that to do something like that is the best of both worlds! Cause you know your baby will be loved and well taken care of, but you also are involved in your baby's life as well.

You should look into it, if that is something you choose. I wish you the best and I am so sorry this happened to you.

Not necessarily doubting your story, but it's pretty amazing that you are the product of rape,and conceived the product of a rape yourself.That's a major coincidence.

unfortunitly some people are going to be rude. i dont agree with abortion at all but i wont judge you for it and will listen to ou if you need to talk. I do think you shoudl serioulsy consider keeping it tho and it seems like you are having doubts anyway good luck
