I think what helps is all the walking I do at work. Maybe you'll go early. I know If I go past 38 weeks I'm gonna flip. Haha!

i just cramped   it was prolly from my medicine but i'mhoping my son just got the hint and will decide to come out now *fingers crossed*

Good luck with everything. I've lost most of my mucus plug but no bloody show. Hopefully I get it today! . I've been contracting all day but mine are very mild so I know I'm just in early labor. I wonder how long it will last for me though. I'm waiting for them to be regular though. I'm 2 cm dilated so I know I can go anytime. I just hope my body doesn't play tricks on me. If this is it I need a true sign.

hhmmm i do alot of yoga..and walk to the dogs a few times a week

Thanks. Everyone thinks I'll be delivering by the end of this week and I hope they're right. I'm so excited for her to be here. I feel like i"m going to lose it if she doesn't come. I know I still have a possibility of 4 more weeks of pregnancy(if I go overdue) But I really just want to see her.

My mom said that's the start of early labor. When you get that lower back ache, does your uterus start to tighten up? Mine does that and my mom said that's an early labor contraction so i'm starting to time them.

i feels like my lower back (between my hip bones) needs to be popped and it hurts...fyi s'mores cereal isnot good without milk...hiya mya's mommy

my stomach tightens a little but not significantly...no pain. well other than what i had iny lower tummy a bit ago....i'mscrewed anyway...i got t 8cm last time w/ no pain and my contractions where irregular..the'd get closer together for like an hour butthe next hour they'd get further apart..

Im a carhop so I'm on my feet every single day 

I'm too fat to do yoga right now... haha. I'm starting p90x 6 weeks PP though
