Passing out...AGAIN?!

So, tonight...I started passing out.

I was laying on my moms bed, thinking I was just laying down to rest up a little bit.
But I started fading in out and of conciousness.

I have no idea whats going on.

I think its my blood sugar, but im not sure.

I feel terrible.
Before I started to faint, I had the feeling like before your are going to puke....I got really hot & tingly all over my body.
Then I just layed my head down, and fading in & out.

I finally was able to yell for my mom.
She gave me an apple, so I kinda feel a little better now.

What is going on?
Can anyone give me some advice?

& Does anyone know any good food to make my blood sugar jump up, just in case it happends again?

Call 911. Or get whatever adult that is in your house that can drive to take you to the ER. Actually 911 is better b/c then you'll get immediate attention.

I mean, Ive called it sooo many times.
I dont want them to think im over-reacting....But I dont want there to be anything seriously wrong either.

anything sugary will workfor a quick jump (my mom uses choco milk for emergencies..she's an ER nurse) but you really need to make sure you talk to your doc about it and maybe changing your diet to include a little more carbs and drinking more water will help....i had the same prob when i was little,i had a mysterious fainting disease lol. just dont beef up on your sweets they just make your prob worse in the long run...apples are a good idea, go ur mom
