BTW: I talked to the OTHER doctor on call, not MY doctor....and he usually isnt helpful.

He told me its probably stress or something...But I wasnt stressed?

Idk, He told me to go to the ER if I feel like it, but HE feels like its nothing.

wow that was half assed. you really should get incontact with your actual ob as soon as you can so that he or she can have blood work done on you.

hm yea maybe its your iron i used to feel like passing out when i was pg my iron was low. i used to have o stop in the middle of taking a shower and get out because i littery thought i was going to faint and drink tons of water

I dont have high blood pressure.
When I faint, my blood pressure drops.
Is it possible to have low blood pressure?

Not in the hands and face, but my ankles have swollen-up in the past couple of weeks.

im sure it is possible to have low blood pressure, but im not sure what would cause that, especially in pregnancy. swollen ankles are normal. are you hypoglycemic?

i dunno man..something just doesnt sound right. fainting during pregnancy is not a normal thing.

I have no idea what hypoglycemic is...so probably not.

I don't know if it's any help at all, but I get the exact same way when I'm dehydrated. Do you lose your hearing? Or get tunnel vision?

hypoglycemic means you have low blood sugar... hyperglycemic would mean you had high blood sugar, but since you're passing out you may be hypoglycemic... I know I get to feel how you were feeling if I don't eat for a while... and my blood sugar drops. I would go to the ER though, well.. at this point L&D since you're so far along. but yeah, its probably a good idea to go in. when is your next OB appt?

that has happened to me twice! (in the shower)
i just thought it was because it was too hot so.. i got out of the shower... lol.
