Girl look ya my daughter was almost 1 and putting her in her play room is bad! Girl please and aint a dam thing was wrong with her. And to answer your question Ima damn good mother and something is wrong with baby proofing a room where your child can be safe to play around then let me know ight. And formore if the baby room is baby proof how could she get hurt by playing with her walker toys, her ball, and some other toys that I knew she could choke on or hurt her self with Try it. You ack like I let my child play in traffic and besides her play room is right across from living room Now come correct.

Haha okay I don't feel horrible then, she just looks WAY too big for it now and when she stands up in it and shakes the sides it's squeaking

If you share a room or something like that i would say keep the ligths dim and no tv. Read books and other rather boring play. No running around or stimulating play. Make it as boring and quiet as possible.
If she has her own room and crib, give her like 4 of her fav stuffed animals or soft things that arent to stimulating and let her play in the dark alone. Make it like it is bed time. Aka what we do....

What we do:
If Averi doesnt fall asleep after her usual rocking and milk i just put her in her crib as usual and say my good nights and leave. She'll talk to her 4 animals in her crib for a while but will sometimes eventually pass out.Then there are sometimes where she might turn on her own light (the light switch is by her crib) and then i have to go in, turn it off, lay her back down and leave w/ a quiet good night. If she gets upset at that point we wait for 5 min before going in. Then daddy tries to put her down. Sometimes she just needs a little more milk and love before finally giving it up. (Although sometimes it takes us consoling her once by daddy and once by me to get her to settle).

Sounds like she caught the dreaded "second wind". It wont last forever so just let her run her course. Eventually she'll pass out hard core and sleep like a rock. Good luck!!!!

Yeah we got one, but we needed a carseat because she grew out of her infant one and we thought it would be more important to get that first. I have the money for the crib I want but I can't order it online and I can't get it anywhere near here, I'm waiting for Devin to go get it from Ikea near him but somehow I have to give him the money?

Thanks mama, that was really helpful. That's usually what we do too but she just wasn't even playing today she was ignoring the toys and standing up and screaming so it was like the pick up put down pick up sing put down pick up milk put down etc. I read her MY book so that had to bore her to death and gave her different toys because I think she's teething so I gave her the hard teething ones and tried again and guess what.... talking and then SLEEP! glorious sleep! And of course, now I'm too exhausted to clean like I was supposed to 3 hours ago so the house will stay a mess. : /

Well please dont kid about what kind of mother I am i get really hurt when people do that because I know I did the best I can to challenge this. I faught everyday and night so please to everyone dont do that. I do get up set it was just a suggestion to babyproof a play room. I didnt mean it like that but if you took it the wrong way Im sorry just dont question about that it cuts deep okay.

No job= No money to do that. His car is broke too, but idk why they didn't fix his when I saw his sister talking about how hers is fixed now. I don't know, if he can get to Fresco to pick it up and then like UPS it to me and I'll pay the 20 dollar shipping that would be OK too. I think that's what we're going to do but I don't know how I'm going to get the money to him...

shipping on a crib is probably outrageous.
alexis probably paid to fix hers
