I smoked pot while I was pregnant. Right at the beginning of my pregnancy, before I knew. Once I found out I didn't smoke again...til after I had him and wasn't BFing anymore hehehe....

My friend smoked (pot and cigarettes) all throughout her pregnancy, but she didn't know she was pregnant until she was in labor(Seriously). Her little girl is perfect!

Well.. lol, i didnt think this would be such a good subject but im looking for more personal feedback. from mothers who have experienced it.
Like what happened to thier babys
..if anything happened.
The majority of mothers say that thier baby is just fine.
So it makes me think that maybe its just kinda like a wivestale.

Honestly, I wouldn't go by that if I were you. I know lots of people that say "I smoked cigarettes and my baby is fine" but then I find out later they have testicular cancer, or they were 5 lbs when they were born, or they have asthma....These are all things I've seen personally to babies of mom's who smoked, and their mom's didn't put two and two together. You know, any time you smoke anything, you are cutting off oxygen to your baby, and inhaling who knows how many carcinogens...I'm sure your baby WILL be fine, but if he's not, do you want that hanging over your head?

Personally, I smoked herb when I was first pregnant, I had horrible morning sickness, and I thought it would be better if I could hold down food...Then I miscarried, and I know it's stupid, but I always think it was like a test that I failed....Like, I couldn't sacrifice smoking for my baby, so I lost it. Then I quit and didn't look back, and I've had 5 healthy babies.

And then my bestie, she drank like 3 glasses of wine during her pregnancy, and her child ended up severely disabled...Logically we know 3 glasses of wine didn't do it, but she still has to live with the fact that she did what they said not to do and her baby turned out to be not fine.

So, not in a judgey way, just in a better safe than sorry way, I'd say "Why risk it?"

I don't think it is harmful if you vaporize it. I never did it personally b/c I was afraid I would get tested. But If I knew that was illegal for them to test at the time and that you could vaporize it, I probably would have done it. I had hyperemesis w/ all 3 of my kids. I couldn't even hold the Reglan and Phenergen down. I only gained 8 lbs. w/ my last baby (and that was in the last month when I wasn't sick!). I just wish they would at least make medical marijuana legal in all states cause I really could have used it. My being sick made me hate part of pregnancy. And also why I had to drop my classes or I would be nearly done by now.

My cousin smoked weed with both of her kids ONE came out fine. The other one is Hyper-active. He takes meds for it. IDK if its because she smoked but still
