My 6 months old will be at her fathers house for a whole month. He is not letting me see her AT ALL. I give a damn he if doesn't have to let me see her. But no child this young should be away from her mother for that long and not even see her only if it was for one weekend at of the month. I'm seriously beyond pissed, but been trying to keep a level head. I'm have been the bigger person in this situation not trying to make matter worse or say things that doesn't need to be said. Yet his family is in the background yelling and screaming talking about thisand that.He told me he doing what he's doing because he's mad that he has to pay back child support. But that wasHIS doing NOT MINE, he sat there and told the lady that he brings nothing over to my house helping me out. He even told me "oh so you think just because she's over your house more, she needs more there then at mine". What kind of statment is that lets be serious. He'll throwup the child supportorder in my face, so he can have it his way.Yet I'm getting screwed over and not even getting my full child support for my daughter. And the only thing I can do is work my ass off to build and modifiy my case to change my order. Now before you guys say anything that is not needed. I have never [and will never] kepthis daughter away from him. Andeven ifdo get my order change I don't plan to hold her from him out of spite I'm not like that.It's better to have a say so, and stop him from does things because he's trying to hurt me.

Wow, how is he able to get her for a whole month?? I'm so sorry you're going through this, b/c I would flip out if one of my kids were kept away from me that long!!

I didn't take it as rude, but I could have been held in court for not letting her go.

No not by court, but by the child support office. This Monday will be the start of me building my case so I can modifiy it.

I think, depending on where you live this is legal for a non-custodial parent to have a child for a month. What is not legal however is him refusing to let you see her.

thats just...weird. thats not normal..a whole month? honestly? that actually makes me upset no kid should be away from their mom that long no matter the situation its not fair to you at all...
I live in WI and their all about moms being with their baby... as long as their clean from drugs and have a home and enough money or a family member who doesnt mind supporting the baby.
