What's a P. I. T. A.? If you don't mind asking how is your child support order written out. And I was told that also not untill 3 years of age. But sat there like it was nothing I can do about her going.

1st thing Monday morning is when I'll be trying to build and change my case. I know he barely even takes care of her.I always get her back smelling BAD, clothes to small and hair a mess. And I'm so worry about getting her back that I never have the camara in my hand to take a picture of this. Hereally doesn'teven be taking care of her because he has work. Not mad because he works, but why bitch so much when your not the one watching her or caring for expect the weeks only.

Pain In The Ass!! He is supposed to pay X a month, One Holiday a year, one weekend a month and one week during the summer AFTER 3yrs old.

That does seem extreme. Do you know or are you comfortable asking a police officer or may be a social service case worker if this is legal and if you can do something about at least seeing your daughter? Because if it's technically not legal then you shouldn't have to deal with it. May be if you go over to his house and a cop or social worker explains this to him then may be something easier can be worked out for you both.

We I called today and spoke with a lady, nowjust waiting for the man to call me back tomorrow. Now while speaking with this lady I was told that my case will be hardernow because I have allowed himto have her over night and lefthim have her for thiswhole month. But like I told her if I didn't let her go I could be held in court. But that doesn't seem to matter she said it still will be harder now.
