mine was emergency and it's bikini cut.

For whatever reason, my bones didn't spread. We didn't know that THAT was the reason I was "stuck" and couldn't have him, but after the c-section the doctor said that he could tell my bones didn't spread at all.

It took about 6 months after my first before I felt comfortable doing sit ups again. I never got the chance after my some because I got pregnant right after having him. I'm 4 months PP with my third and I'm afraid to try. My incision still burns and stings sometime and I don't want to rupture anything.

i had an emergency/crash c-section and have a bikini cut. it took me at least 3-4 months to be able to use my abdominals as well as pre pregnancy. im sure the jiggle is mostly just loose skin, im a pretty small girl, 120lbs PP and i gained 68lbs during my pregnancy. i lost my baby weight in less than a month and a year later im about back to normal and havent really done any ab workouts or anything. too lazy

I had an emergency c-section, and it was also a bikini cut. My son will be 9 months on the 9th, and I still can't do sit ups.

I had an emergency c-section as well, and Bikini cut. My incisionsuper super low! I am 11 months PP. and I gained 32lbs with my daughter. I healed fairly fast, We stayed in the hospital for 2 nights and when I came home I just had troubles getting up from the bed or couch but I think I was just stubborn and refused to sit around on my ass a lot so I did quite a bit right after my section no lifting besides the baby of course.

I think I started doing crunches about 3-4 months PP. Also buy an fitness ball they make crunches so much easier and less painful on your back. =)
