master cleanse...

so i started the master cleanse today....anyone else interested in doing this with me!?!? i need support!! i gained 68 lbs during my pregnancy and i still need to lose ab twenty of it!!!

I'm interested in doing the master cleanse as well. I've been trying to find more information on it for the past couple of days. How long are you going to do it for? 10 days? What kind of laxative tea did you buy? I still need to buy the tea and maple syrup. I want to lose 10-15lbs fast..

im wanting to do at least 10 days...but imma try for 14 if i get to 10!! im not sure how long its safe to do it but hopefully i'll start losing weight and get motivated to finish it out!! and its one from the herbal/organic store...organic smooth move..and its senna...this is the only one ive seen in multiple stores!! and also the syrup is in the same stores...i couldnt find it n e where else!!

My SIL did that and said that she was afraid to get off the toilet, LOL

i did it last year ... actually i was on it right now .. lol thru 4th of july .. n i couldnt drink ahha ... it worked for me .. and i felt great after i got finished with it
