well i waighd 124 when i started and i went down to 108 .. after i finished i i slowly gained like 5 lbs back over maybe 4 months .. and stayed there for ever. and then i got pregnant lol .. now at 33 weeks im at 126 lbs ... lol .. so im glad i did it when i did it

i don't know about a master clense, he has like no nutrition , i did slimfast because i gained 50lbs while pregnant, i have 9 to go!

yea...im actually kinda messing it up a lil...cuz im drinking green tea and not drinking enough of the lemonade cuz i dont find it too appealing!! but i just needed a jump start to the weight loss and then after this fast imma try to eat better!! maybe just raw fruits n veggies for a while and then a slimfast diet with healthy choice or lean cuisines as my meals?? i really havent tried to lose weight yet cuz ive been just scattered tryna get my job straight and school...and the stress has had me eating so much junk!! so hopefully now that i put my mind to it i can lose this!!

well i havent ate food or n e thing...i just had green tea instead of the senna cuz i thought it tasted horrible!! and i cant force myself to drink 60 oz of that a day!!!
