I don't know how it is for AL, but I live in WV and my husband and I tried to get food stamps but can't because since I'm under 23 and still living in the same household as my mom, they have to put her income and my husband's income together as one household... And together, it's too much to get food stamps.

We're struggling in that department too. It's really bad and I feel like crying just thinking about it. There is seriously nothing in the kitchen... But there's nothing we can do about it.
