someones advice please

i really hate to say this but i DREAD being pregnant. im so miserable and wish she would just come out. anyways. i know every pregnancy is different and things always happen differently for different women. babies do their own thing but i was wondering if i could get some responses about this :

today i went to the dr. they FINALLY checked to see if i was dialated any. altho not quite dialted i am starting to the cervix is all thinned out. so from ur own personal experiance or just advice how long do u think it will be before i go into REAL labor. i just want some reassurance i feel like ill be stuck like this forever .

I wish I knew what to tell you but I was dialated 3 cm by 37 weeks and was induced (although the doctor thought I was 39 weeks). I know how you feel about being sick of being pregnant. I couldn't wait to get my son out of me in those last few weeks. Just give it some time, it'll come soon I'm sure.

BEEEEEEEEEN there; a year ago! You'll be okay mama. I hated being pregnant too. I hated the heat flashes and getting fat. And horomonal. Just everything about it. But I had alot of support so it made it much easier. Anyways; I dunno how far along you are though... Uhm; I had my son a week before his due date because I drank both castrol and mineral oil. ughh. But I also got my membranes stripped. That helped alot.

I cant help you on that, i was induced and i dont hardly remember too much because of the meds. But i say take the time to relax before your baby comes, your going to miss it later

I am already 40% effaced and 1 cm dailated although I a to early to have the baby the doctor put me on bed rest and told me that I have 3 to 4 weeks max with doing nothing. Hope that helps you. Oh and I have already lost my mucus plug.

thanks guys. i posted this in another forum and some stupid girl said u signed up for it and well that isnt what i asked (rolling my eyes) im very bitchy now that im almost done. i agree with kaydens mommy.... i hate the hot flashes and stuff too. and it being 90 degrees doesnt help!   . i am very active. i try to be anyways. im 38 weeks. i just want this to be done! i think ill miss it later but for now i just cant do it anymore

90 degrees? Lol, i will give you the poopy 60 degree days we've been having constantly in NE ohio! It's been nowhere near that hot at all the whole summer here. Good luck mama and hope it is a quick few weeks for you
