It may not have been. But you won't find houses that inexpensive in a so called "rich" area where the OP claimed to live.

I wouldn't even say where she lives in considered rich. I live in MA and Groveland is not what I would consider a rich area.

A lot of my family lives in Mass.
I know where she's talking about, and IMO, I would not call that rich.

Is it nice....? Yes.
Is it a rich community...? No.
