Ideas to keep kids quiet?

Need ideas on how I can keep 3 boys (twin 4 year olds and a 6 year old) quiet during my daughter's nap time (she is almost 10 months). I understand its hard to keep quiet for 2 hours while that young, but today they just drove me crazy! I just asked them to keep quiet and 2 minutes later they start yelling and woke her up. Any ideas?

No seriously, though. Put in a movie and give them a snack?

Do they watch any movies?

Play dough? coloring? I realize these are mess makers, but sometimes you gotta pick the lesser of 2 evils, right?

They other thing my kids like to do is play in the bubbles. I get out a bassin and fill it with water and dishsoap and put it in the middle of the kitchen floor. They can play in it with their play dishes, and afterwards, my kitchen floor is cleaner too!

lol! too funny. I do use duct tape to fix everything

Or you could make them a "special rest area" with pillows and blankets, kinda like a play house. That'll keep them busy for a bit. Also, I put a fan on in my kids' rooms for white noise. It helps drown out the noise.

They do watch movies, but they don't sit still for long. It would have to be something more hands on the play dough (which they dont have). The bubbles is a good idea, but thats something they would be loud with so it would have to be while she was awake. Rest area i tried, they got bored and started yelling at each other. I keep a radio on, but sound just travels through this house

Nope, I'm back at work now. My MIL has them during the day, and she's come thisclose a few times already. But then when I offer to find another sitter, she has a hemmorhage.  She thinks that means I'm calling her unfit to watch them.
