we like it. I got to pick my first daughter's name (Amelia Rose) and my hubby got to choose our second daughter's name (Annalisa Grace). Of course if he picked something I didn't like I would have made him pick a different one, lol.

i can see we have similiar name taste in girls
i love the name rose with any adding to the end of it but my hubby says no
he likes more mainstream names unfortunitly but ill haave my way one way or another

i agree giving a little girl a boy's name can be very bad.
how does kinsley faye sound for a little girl and brandit michael for a little boy.
well kinsley means greman fairy and faye means beautiful child of mine. my little girl is named after my best friend amanda faye. so her name is going to be kisnley faye.

Faye means "fairy" too.

well i came off ok but i have all 3 names as unisex, terri lee and morgan
i dont get asked if its a boys name but they do ask how its spelt alot and also if its spelt like "terry" which is obvious for a boys way of spelling that name.
also lee is a uni-sex name so i got 2 from my parents choice, then my dads family name is morgan which again is unisex but its also welsh lol
i dont mind my boy/girl name to be honest but it did cause some confusion when i was little

I plan on naming my daughter Hope. I disagree with the comment made about Afr. American names. My name is La'Tisha, a derivative of Leticia which is Latin for "Joy". By the way, a lot of those African American names you see are't always African American. Some can be found in Islamic countries. Names like Raashida and Khadijah, etc........Some names can be found in Eastern European countries like Russia. Nikita is actually a boy's name in Russia but a girl's name here that is classified as ghetto. A lot of the weird names come from parents incorporating both of their names into the child's name. For example: Ricky and Natasha could easily become Rictasha or something. I'm black myself and I didn't choose one of those names. Hope is nice. Besides, we aren't the only ethnicity that chooses weird names.....how about Apple and names like that? I've only known of caucasian celebrities to use weird stuff like that. It's your choice though.
