He had it prescribed to him, he had mild eczema but it mostly cleared up.

No it doesn't hurt him, he'd complain if it did. And it doesnt feel hot

hmm I'm trying to remember how mine felt at the beginning. I think mine were hard from the beginning.

I think he got bit by something he is allergic to so just watch for changes, fever, or other symptoms.

Oh I am. It looks really painful and its freaking me out. He's fine, I don't think he even noticed it. but it just looks weird

Is it itching him even?

I haven't seen him scratching at all today. If he did I would've noticed it sooner.

It's an abscess. So I have puss and blood coming out of all of them now. Let me try and find a pic of the early days. But the cream is for the itching, and I'm taking antibiotics for the infection.
