I think he should stay. It's better off for you all in the long run, and he'll get more respect for doing so.
I wouldn't ask my husband to do anything that would affect his career. Being a military wife, you have to understand the demands of his job.

I'm sorry it's been so hard for both of you. Honestly, I would WANT my fiance to come home, but I wouldn't let him. Even if it's only going to be an extra 3 weeks, that's 3 more weeks that he's going to miss just to be there for the first few hours of your daughter's life. You'll see the tears of joy the first time he sees and holds your daughter, whether or not it's right after she's born. The military life isn't always an easy one and sometimes things won't work out as you hoped. Actually, a lot of time they won't.And about Hawaii, if you keep a positive attitude, you'll enjoy where ever he's based. Just keep your chin up. If you have SOMEONE that will be there with you during birth, just take what you can get. Videotape it and take lots and lots of pictures.

well hes not deployed... and if he was deployed we mostlikely wouldnt have the option to have him home or not.

But since they did give him the option im just looking at weather its worth putting off 3 more weeks of his daughters life for him to come down here for four days. and trying to weigh out the pros and con's it leaves for my family

No he doesnt... I think this is the only time he messed up and hes actually in AIT... so idk if that makes a difference on the recycling thing. He's fine now i think he was just having a really hard day and it was still pretty fresh, I think he was super shocked just cause he was getting along great with everyone and then all of a sudden he messes up and everyone flipped... I cant blame him, to be honest i think he's doing a fantastic job he has never been away from his home or his family not once so i do feel his pain but at the same time we gotta do whats right for our family,

I still have no idea what im gonna do but i do agree with you the sooner he's done with training the better that way we can move on with our lifes.
