Fuckin' Love Your Body!!!!

I regularly check the Weightloss and Fitness threads...But lately every other post I see is so saddening. "Warning: Fat Pics" or "I hate my body". I have my days too, God knows I do. But when is the last time anyone said something positive about their body? When did it become so acceptable for women to be self loathing creatures?

This thread is for a bit of positiveness! They say if you repeat a positive notion to yourself for 30 days you'll believe it...self conformations. I think a lot of women need to do this here-myself included. I dont know about you guys but IM FUCKING TIRED OF HATING MY BODY!!! And I challenge all of you to do the same....you work your ass off, you take care of your child(ren) your man, clean the house, cook the meals, and get little appreciation! Lets stop waiting around for it and give it to ourselves.

My confirmation: Im so much more than that number on the scale. Im a mother who loves unconditionally and laughs often. I have beautiful eyes and strong arms to carry my daughter around with.

What do you love about yourself? 

I love you for posting this! This is exactly what so many mama's on here need, lol myself included. I have great curves, and after so long I finally feel healthy at my weight. Thank you so much for this!

I recently said "fuck this attitude" and decided to love myself and my body for what it is... Mainly thanks to my husband who swears up and down I'm sexy! I feel sexy now! lmao!

I love my eyes, that's what snagged my man.. and my sense of humor!

I love my tiny boobs! I hate hearing girls who are upset about having small boobs.

I have never had back issues, I don't have guys constantly oggling me and making pervert jokes, and I have never had issues finding shirts,bras, or bathing suits that fit properly!

I love my body, even my pregnant body, because this was the body that was given to me. I'm not curvy or tan or sexy, but I love the way I look. I don't feel the need to wear makeup or anything, because I am still the same person on the inside, despite the outer covering.

I love the curves of my body! I know that since having my baby I haven't been in the shape I was (was a size 6-8, but now currently an 8-10) but I know that the reason for it is a wonderful little person known as the Mansey (little Michael). And I really can't even diet right now because I'm breastfeeding and I have to be very careful because I pump mostly and the slightest change in my diet seems to mess my milk up! So right now, I'm a momma, I'm thick, and I am happy to be able to fit into some cute stuff! And besides, we're all mommas, and God doesn't make mistakes, so don't hate any aspects of yourself because we are how we're suppose to be. And when the time comes for us to change ourselves, God will allow it. I know for a fact. In 2004 I weighed 226 lbs...when I was 2 mos pregnant, I weighed 165 lbs. And I was 158 prior to finding out I was pregnant. So you can change if you believe in yourself, and love yourself, and trust God!!!

What do I love about myself...hmmm....I'm ons of the women who bashes herself often, and its lame really. My SO has gotten so sick of it, he rolls his eyes or just says "shut up". lol. I am not happy with how I have let myself gain so much weight, and I also am not happy with how unmotivated I am. It disgusts me beyond belief. BUT, on the other hand...I love to see my family happy. I love to do things for people to make them smile.

Hell yeah! Im glad there are others out there embracing themselves. We are not fucking numbers and sizes! I have struggled and struggled for years with an eating disorder and Ive decided thats it...NO FUCKING MORE! It took a fortune cookie at a chinese place (haha ironic) that read "A healthy body will last a lifetime" to realize...I will never be perfect but I want a lifetime of happiness and health to care for my child and watch her life blossom.

I bought shorts yesterday for the first time in my life!
