sort of...wicking is a type of leaking and pee can 'wick' out of a diaper onto clothes. it's when it balls up and slides along the fabric. usually caused by buildup.

it CAN do this with fleece covers, but usually not with well made ones. you have to have THICK fleece or two layers.

Leaking is when the diaper is just overfull or t here is a problem with the PUL
