When did you know...

That you were pregnant with your second?? I'm on Merena and I can feel the strings a lot closer to my vaginal opening than I once could. I used to have to reach really far in to feel them... and even then it was just a pokey thing... now I can feel the loop of the string... I've been craving tacos like crazy.... an emotional roller coaster and last night I got into bed and it felt like my nipples were about to leak. I haven't breast fed my 10 month old since he was four months old.... have any of you had lactation after you stopped breastfeeding when you got pregnant for the second, third, whatever time????

My strings felt a LOT lower also and I freaked out. I ended up getting an internal ultrasound done just for peace of mind. The OBGYN said it was in the perfect spot. I'm still lost as to why I can feel those strings lower than before.

i was on the pill when I got prego so I didn't find out till I was 12 weeks cause I always had a period. I went to the Dr because I was so tired and sick all the time and I just had a feeling I was prego. I didn't have any symptoms though up until 12 weeks! My babies are only 1 year apart!!!
