Obviously you don't have to be a parent to know that some actions are wrong, but before the OP even said WHY her kids were in foster care people were talking shit.

No, I did not make a broad statement. I said that women pregnant with their first kid were making comments about someone else's parenting skills and I thought that it was crazy.

"someone else's"parenting skillsis a broad statement. because " someone else" could be my next door neighbor for alli know . you should have said the OP's parenting skills if you didnt want it to sound that way . but either way , its not even about that , like i said before , you do not have to be a parent to know right or wrong parenting skills . . common sense can tell you .

i agree people may have "jumped the gun " , without knowing the complete situation and started talking shit , but that wasnt what i was really responding to . .

We don't even know the OP's situation... that is what I'm saying. People read that she is young and doesn't have her kids and automatically assumed it was something she did as a mother.

Because someone was offering them one day and I was bored. Besides..just because my LO isn't here yet means I don't know how I wish to raise her? I've done plenty with children-newborn all the way to 9 years and I've seen and heard how others raise their babes. Some ways I feel are wrong some ways I think to myself "Hm that's a really good idea!"

The last child I watched I had her from newborn to a year and I had her from when she woke up to when she ate dinner and went to bed. Basically her parents were overnight baby sitters.
