Nausea in the last few weeks?

I'm 38 weeks and have been having extreme nausea and cramps the past few days. The cramps still feel pretty much like normal BH except more frequent, but the nausea is insane. I actually threw up last night. No food appeals to me. Anyone have nausea again near the end of pregnancy? It's not a sign I might be going into labor, is it? 

Anyone know?

I had it my entire third trimester and it only got worse... especially in the last month. Its normal.

I had morning sikness W/ my first... it came back the last few weeks!!! I also had pretty bad cramp, my OB siad it was because my uterus was getting tired and was irritated....
I'm now 31 weeks along with my second baby, and yes the morning sickness has returned!!!! ( OB said it's because in the last couple of months of pregnancy your hormones change again) . I'm not having any crapms yet though!

Im 37 weeks and I have had nausea and cramps really bad too so it must be normal!

The last few weeks is often horrible, Many women get nauseous.
