Freedom of speech unless you are abiding by the rules of an establishment that expressly requests you do not use profanity. Then the worst they can do is deny you a service or ask you to leave.

nope i didnt threaten her and i havent spoken to her since i got mine and my daughters things... since then she's harrassed my parents my fiancee and his mom and her b/f.

I don't know about any other state but I know in AL any argument held over the phone or even on the internet that has bad language and insults in it is considered commincations harrassment and is taken very seriously.
My younger sister got in trouble for prank calling people and the cops came to our house and told us all kinds of stuff.
