Not too sure whether to be happy or sad now that he's dead   I mean I feel for his family because they care about him, but I'm kinda happy that the whole him being a pedophile thing is over and done with.

Can't say I've ever made any jokes, but at the same time I'm also not really sadnend by his death. Probably cuz I don't know him, then again I really don't feel impacted at all by it so maybe that just makes me a bad person.

I really don't get why when a celebrity dies, it seems like just about everyone suddenly loved and idolized the person and goes on and on about how sad it is, blah blah blah.

Sure it's sad, but no sadder than the death of any of the other 150,000 some odd thousand people in the world who have died/will die today.

Well he WAS a contraversial figure (though a very talented one). I'm not going to lie by saying that I have NEVER cracked one on Michael. But he was/is so weird, and we ALL know he messed with those boys...

But his music was fantastic!

I love his music...but didnt like the man, because I believe he did molest a few children. I am shocked he died still....but I wouldnt say I am grieving...

I was totally just thinking this. My husbands first words were "I think in some ways that poor man is out of his misery now. He seemed like such an unhappy man"

BBC is reporting that he's dead and Fox/Cnn are reporting that he's hospitalized. It's a legitimat confusion right now.
