Mason has been crawling and standing and just started sitting up by himself last week. He is kind of backwards   Hang in there mama, he is doing just fne!

I know I know...And i have to remember that he w has a preemie. Im just impatient sometimes. But then when he is able to get around ill be wishing he was still again. lol

I wouldnt worry if I were you...I didnt....he will sit when he is ready.
My son (born at 34 weeks) is 11 months old right now and weighs about 20lbs and he just now started to sit on his own without using his belly to prop him or falling over. He also just now started to crawl normally, he crawled before like a little worm on his belly using his legs to push him along. And he just now started to get into a sitting position from his belly. They will do it when they get ready. My daughter (I had twins) she started sitting on her own when she was around 7 1/2 months old. Boys are just slower than girls are naturally, they tell you that even at the hospital.

Leikyn just had her pt thing and sh is 7 months almost 5 corrected and doesnt sit on her own either. I had mentioned she sits in a bumbo ad teh ot lady fflipped on me. She said the well in the bottom of them doesnt make them use there muscles and thats why its taking her so long. I am not trying to tell oyu to not get a bumbo. i have been putting leikyn in a booster seat with the tray instead that way she has to learn not to flop to the sides
