Actually, You can not get charged with 2 counts of murder in that case in all states. Last year here in IN, there was a bank teller who got shot in the stomach. She was carrying twins. Both died. He only got charged w/ attempted murder and 2 counts of fetucide. Not homicide.

And you couldn't just give women who have been raped abortions. There would be so many women taking advantage of it claiming rape when infact they were not. Then there would be a lot of innocent men going to prison. So in order for it to be available for women who actually were raped, it has to remain legal for All women.

This comment wont go over well with ALOT of women on this site. No contraceptive is 100% effective, therefore, there are those who do end up pregnant...even though they did take proper precautions.

I believe in some of the stuff she said.
I don't believe in the abortion at 7 months. But I think that's only because I had my son at 8 1/2 months and I seen he could breath on his own and he was ok (Yes I know a month and a half makes a big difference) Although I think it was rude to post it here, some people don't have a choice and its not our place to judge them.
I would never look down on someone for having an abortion because I dont know
A) How they felt
B) if it was the right time (ie) financialy
C) Health issues.

I 100% agree with you
My cousin was in college getting strait A's and she used birth control
And took lots of precautions. Unfortunately She got pregnant at the wrong time and did get an abortion, she regrets it but at the same time she doesn't. She has a home a stable job and now a beautiful little girl and were due the same day  
And I would never look down on her.

it just kinda breaks me heart to think of a fetus being aborted for finacial reasons........even tho alot of people will argue that it's a good reason...i'm not saying it isn't a reason.....it's deff not a good or bad one..just sad....

I would pick adoption Way before I ever aborted a baby,
But that's me. And that's my opinion. If I couldn't care for a baby there are many other couples out there who cannot conceive.
Foe example my DH's parents, they adopted him in 1978 when adoption was a hell of a lot easier.and you could walk into a hospital and adopt. His mom was the nurse taking care of him and she adopted him.
