I know that the longer you go between, the more likely you'll find a doctor to do it. But I think even 6 months is sufficient healing-wise to have a successful VBAC. And you have a previous vaginal birth in your favor as well, so I wouldn't worry too much if I were you!!

So here's an update..Went to the doctors this morning..Had an ultrasound first where they discovered fluid level was low. Guess it's supposed to be between 8-20 and it's slightly above 5..Anyway, I have to go back for another u/s in the morning. If it's even slightly lower I will have to have a c-sec tomorrow afternoon...Not really what I wanted to hear, but at this point it is out of my hands...

I hope they dont drop! That was the reason I was induced with my first and it ended in c-section. Her levels were at 4.

Same reason I had it with my first too...except that time they admitted me to the hospital right after the appointment..I didn't even get to go home first..At least this time I am prepared if that's what happens. I cleaned the house top to bottom, washed all the laundry, re packed my bag etc LOL At this point as much as I want that vbac, I'm prepared for the c-sec if need be.

A lot of times fluid will drop significantly before spontaneous labor...
That's why a lot of women will lose a few pounds the week before they give birth.

That's definitely a good thing to know! I don't believe I've ever heard that before!

*labor dust* Lots and lots of it!!!! Go through the house doing lunges and then have some sex... maybe you can coerce the baby out before the doctor has a chance to do a c-section.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you...

i think that it would be better because it gives your uterus more time to heal,

Okay, I have a question.

When should I start with Primrose oil or raspberry tea? I'm 30 weeks

You can start the tea at any time (some say wait until after the first trimester, but you're good to go there! lol) The EPO you have to wait until 36 weeks.

quick update. Went for the u/s this morning and fluid was an issue again. They are sending me to the hospital to have a c-sec. Thank you to everyone who was supportive of my attempt to have a vbac. I will update asap.
