I like it, but it sounds like a boy name to me.

I could see Norah Riley, but I think she would get picked on a lot for having the name Noah.

Noa is the female version of noah

Noah is a girl's name. Riley can be a girl's name though

I <3 it!!!!! I think Noah is a beautiful name for a baby girl!!!! Noah is the heroine in one of my favorite book series'!!

ummm people are naming there kids boy names that sound waaaaaaay more like a masculine boy name than Noah, i actually love the way it sounds for a little girl~
