My name is also Monica. My husband is in the Army and is deployed to Iraq for the second time. How are you?

Yay another MOnica, I LOVE IT!!! This is DHs 4th tour, but only our 2nd together, so I guess we have a lot in common! I am good, just trying to be busy, constantly have plans to make this deployment go faster...I hope it works!

I am actually from here, we met between his tours. He has been here since '05, and thats when we started Dating

Basically I meet lots of other military wives from groups, we go to the zoo, swimming, lunch, basically anything kid friendly. I really does help to have plans everyday. Last deployment I kinda holed myself up, and it made the 15 month deployment WAY slow. I feel like this past month just brreezed by....thank God!

Oh you guys get extended too? I hated that. It happend like a week or two after my husband went back from r&r. Yay for it going by quick!

CRAZY it happened a week after my husband went back from r&r too! It was so shitty  I am SO glad this one is only 12 months!!!!!!

I'm Sarah, my husband is USMC and currently in Iraq, this is our second deployment but his 3rd total. We have an 18 month old son, he thank God takes up my time so I dont go crazy.
