San Clemente is probably the town you'd want to live in if you wanted to live close to SOI if thats the area where he is going to work. I dont know much about that area off base though other than it looks really nice. Its in Orange County rather than San Diego County.

I'm actually kinda glad we didn't end up in Pensacola now. We just spent a few days down there seeing friends and taking a mini vacation and while the area is nice it's not my cup of tea by a long shot. It was adorable seeing all the cocky little aviators everywhere though. For some reason they seem really attracted to Publix and dive bars.

We have a fresh, young, new, cocky pilot that just moved in next to us. He's an over moto devildog.

Well I was told by one of the nurses on base that I could taken
A handwritten prescription on base from my psyciatrist
An get my meds there as long as they take the meds! Which they told me they did!
Question is do I have to pay for it? Cause when I take them to CVS I have to pay for them!

No copays at the base pharm

I've had 2 rx's for just about a year now, I always fill/refill them on base for free!

My husband is supposed to b deploying in December, our son is due January. I have had a few people tell me that they may delay his deployment so he can be there for the birth... Then again I have also heard they may send him home for the birth, which he may miss, but get paternity leave too... are either of these true...?

Eh, I'd count more on them delaying him leaving over sending him home. But I really wouldnt count on either...if that makes sense.

What branch is your husband in?

He is army.
