8 weeks would be great. I have to go back at 5 weeks, well at least half day at 5 weeks then probably back full time at6 weeks.

I don't get any type of maternity leave   So right now I am putting half my paycheck into a savings and that is my maternity fund. I am planning on taking 2 months off (since I am not getting paid I am taking as long as i want) but it does suck know I will not have any income coming in when my little guy is born.

oh no...sounds to me like he needs a little more than yelling....I know as young parents we can seem to want to be "nicer" but he needs his ass whooped...he would not pull my daughter's hair or mine...idk...thats really good for you noticing that he needed help...guys can be kinda blind when it comes to that especially when they dont have that "motherly sense"...all mothers KNOW when something is wrong even if they choose to ignore it...he def. should not be emo atthe age of 8...he should be playing with grasshoppers and hanging out with friends and trying to be independent...not clingy and selfish...that is def. not normal...as far as his behavior...soemtimes yea it can be excused but if you dont enforce some type of punishment (b cuz he know what he is doing annoys you) then it will never stop...if he starts hitting your daughter and she hasnt done anything he needs to be punished for at least a week with no tv no anything...just sitting and thinking about what he is doing....Im not trying to tell you how to raise your child but sometimes kids do things on purpose when they know they can get away with it somehow

Quoting Audra's Mommy:“ I haven't gained anything. I've lost weight actually.”

Me either and I will be 20 weeks, the end of this week. I'm now under my pre-pregnancy weight. But Caiden is growing wondefully and is was actually already 9 oz at my appt at 18 1/2 weeks. So as long as he's getting what he needs, I'm not gonna worry if my doctor isn't worried.
On another note: My car broke down on my way to work this morning. I'm so stressed out. Not only are we in the process of buying a house, we have both mine and my husbands tuitions to finish paying for, he needs a crown fixed which will cost us $400 out of pocket, and now my car. I'm ready to crawl in a hole and not come out. Bad day today. I'm sleepy from crying. Ugh.

I just found out my sister and my niece are coming home tomorrow!!! I'm so excited. Put a little happiness back into my day! Of course, I was right about the guy she was seeing. He wasn't The One....but regardless of all that...I'm happy to have my best friend coming home.

So I have been not feeling well for the last couple of days, went to the doctor yday and she told me if I started to experience a fever or any achy feelings to call them and they are going to treat me for H1N1. Today I woke up and I have a slight fever... it's only 99 degrees, should I call them or wait until it spikes up higher if it does?
Right now I am just taking Robutussin for my symptoms and it doesn't seem to help at all, ugh I just want to feel better I have to go back to work tomorrow and I just hate working while I am sick

I get 90 days, thankfully! I'm thinking I might come go out full for 60 days, then come back part time for the next 30 days.

My temp is always around 98 - 99 so I wouldn't be concerned at all if that were me.

Once it spikes over 100. something maybe call in

I'm not getting the shot either. We don't get around a whole lot of people so I'm not afraid of catching it. Also we homeschool so I know who my kids are around and not worried about them getting it from their friends. If we did have a friend that was sick, we just stay back from them. We use the handsanitizer and constantly wash our hands as well. So if we do get anything it will most likely be the cold. I don't trust the H1N1 vaccine personally. I've even seen that some people have gotten sick despite having had the shot anyway.

Quoting ☆Sarah☆:“ Iv been havin headaches everyday pretty much n tylenol doest help should i call my doctor?? anybody else been havin alot of headaches??”

I mostly get headaches when I'm tired. Which seems like all the time. LOL But I usually remedy it with a nap or going to bed earlier usually helps me. I rarely take medicine but if it gets to a point that I felt like I needed to take something I would call my dr. So if your headache doesn't get better with some rest you may feel better asking your dr.

My kids don't like it when I get tired, so they usually don't mind me taking a nap while they play quietly together.
