weird cramps...

I'm having really bad cramps like on my left lower side... like my lower back to my thighs and the top of my vagina... I don't know what this is about... I am on Merena so I'm not pregnant that I know of... At first I thought it was gas, but it isn't..... Anyone been through this before?? I can barely walk, it hurts so bad...
