Woohoo!!! That sounds hard!

I've been to the gym twice this week so far and added some weights with legs. I plan on going tomorrow and Friday too because I won't be able to go this weekend.

YAY! On track momma!

Yeah I won't be able to go this weekend either   BOO I picked a bad week to start training LOL. I'm going to have to do it partly outside at least it's supposed to cool down more

Here's my Friday update:
I went to the gym Sun, Mon, and yesterday. I did 30 min. of cardio and abs an I did legs once. I'm going to start doing legs once a week.
Tip: Only do large muscle groups once a week!! Twice tops. Thats legs and back and shoulders. And on those day drink extra fluids! Working large muscles releases alot of toxins into your body so you need to flush them out and you don't want to injure yourself.
Take your weight in the morning before you eat anything, it's the most accurate. My weight was 129 last night. This morning it's 122.   I easily fluctuate 8 lbs in a day depending on what and when I eat or drink. And weight really isn't super important because muscle weighs more than fat!

Note: My lower stomach looks goofy and almost looks like it's sticking out more. It looked huge earlier this week. If that happens don't get discouraged. It's just that the muscles surrounding the area tend to tighten up faster making the weaker part protrude.

Alright my update. I'm bit bloated but I've been doing good. I LOVE the fact that I can see some progress in these pics. I can see my muscles forming under the skin and I LOVE LOVE LOVE that (even if you don't notice I do LOL)

I can definitely notice a difference mama!! Awesome job!

I did so crappy this week, but today starts a new week and I am jumping back in! And I found a pilates dvd so I'm definitely going to be using it, I love pilates I just don't have the motivation to get out and go, now I can do it at home!!

Thanks. Still not healthy though.

I had my body fat checked today and it is about 18% which is good, athletic even, but my lean body mass is near teh minimum of 100 (it's 103, almost 104). So the trainer told me I need to build more muscle and gain some weight and that he's fine with my body fat getting lower as long as my LBM number goes up.
