So I think my new goal is to run a marathon. My unlces told me that it would be a feasable goal to run a half in September/ October so that's what I'm going to do. I have a print out plan for training and I'm stoked. Plus it gives me an excuse to make a vacay to Lake Tahoe

Running is one of those things I've never been able to do but it looks like so much fun! I hate that! I totally zone out when I'm going on an eliptical but free-running or on a treadmill I can't do because my stabilizers are too weak......and I'm clumsy.

I think I definitely see more definition in your tummy and it just seems slightly slimmer. It's harder to notice differences when you look at it everyday.

Actually your lower stomach/obliqe area looks more toned to me than your before picture... Ill have to post mine tomorrow!

y'all give me hope   lol and I just found out that my new job gives us a FREE gym membership!! And the gym isn't even 2 minutes away from where I work so Ican go right after I get off, totally awesome!

I hope everyone's doing well. I started my training regimine for the half marathonI'm doing and it's going good. I did HIIT (high intensity interval training) today and boy am I SORE. I don't expect to have lost any weight but I can REALLY see a difference in my abs, they're toning nicely and I can see small beginings of a 6 pack yay!
