Oh, also wanted to add that there has been a substantial drop in back and leg pain too. If you have a bad back like I do then working your core is really helpful, it takes the pressure off your back muscles.

You have nothing to be embarrassed about. You look great, and it's kind of irritating that you would think otherwise...makes me kinda hate the world for making a girl like you think she has something wrong with her body.

You have inspired me to actually get up and go to yoga tomorrow morning! lol I've been wanting to but keep coming up with excuses. I have a bad back too and hoping that the yoga and pilates classes at my gym will help me out.

Give me a break. There is no cellulite. You are crazy, there are people out there that actually have bad cellulite. You are super skinny. I have never been that thin even when I was on a super strict diet and working out like crazy. I have also never seen results in a week of working out, it takes me months.

Good luck but I think you already look too skinny. Just stay healthy.

My abdominals split. You can stick like 3 fingers in there. My pt told me to pull my belly button inward whenever I lift or am sitting to pull the core back together. It takes a lot of thought but once you figure it out it's easy. You should feel it in your lower back as well, but it shouldn't hurt at all.

As far as exercises, I do good old fashioned crunches, without weights, on the plain old ab machine. It helps support my neck and back, otherwise I can't do crunches on the floor or even a medicine ball, it hurts too much. The trick is to concentrate on which muscles you are flexing each rep even if you mostly use your arms to pull you up. Does that make sense? It should burn, A LOT and do all your sets in a row with maybe 15 second breaks. If you wait too long the muscles cool off again and it's just less effective. I do 3 sets each of 20 crunches on my upper, left, and right, abs. I won't start doing lower until my back is in better shape.

Well, I don't hate my body, I just know thats it's not what I want and that I can do better. I was talking to my friend, a guy, yesterday adn eh was like, "why worry, what are you a size 2?" adn of course, yeah, I'm skinny, but i's not a good skinny. CLothes on, ok, clothes off, not so good. Then he realized that I wanta hard body and I just want ot be healthier adn stronger. Thats really should be the goal I guess, not so much how you look, but they go hand in hand.
