Coast Guard Mommas??

So I am going to be joining the coast guard very soon, my husband is in the Marines so I will be stationed with my daughter alone. I really know hardly anything about the CG, but they were the only ones that would take me with a baby. I want to be stationed in Alaska when I get done with basic. Any CG wives or women that are in the CG out there willing to give advice?? Or any military mommas traveling alone with the baby?
