HaHa!
We today ladies I have been bad! lol
Breakfast-McDonalds-bacon,egg,cheese mcgriddle, hashbrown, tea
Lunch- Chik fil a southwestern salad w diet coke
Dinner- I have no clue yet..
However my daughter, fiance and I went on a walk earlier.. not a very long one but still I did a bit for today.

Coffee with sugar- 100 cal
Lunch- turkey sand w/mustard, baked lays-
Dinner- Beef tips with corn on the cob and broccoli.

sorry ladies!!! i havent been online much lately!!! i just moved back to texas from missouri~...... havent been able to get online!!!
today i ate like 10 mini chocolate donuts
malt o meal breakfast w/ sugar and butter
2 slices of pizza
u dont even WANT to know what i've eaten the passed like week! lol..........

Breakfast: a handfull oftortilla chipswith salsa
50/50 apple juice and water
Lunch: picked through my soy trail mix, probably 8 pieces and a vegan peanut butter cookie

Dinner: Green salad, chips and salsa
dessert: tofutti bar
exercise: two 5 min. runs and BF....andddd fun time with the hubs ;-D that counts as exercise riiight?
dont know if i lost any weight since last time, but my 3/4 pants are fitting looser

oh my ! So here is my meals from thursday till now...I lost this thread, could not find it for some reason!
Thursday
Breakfast- cantalope, coffee
Lunch-Zaxbys- chicken finger plate sweet tea
Dinner-Peice of cube steak, cantalope
Friday- Breakfast opps skipped
Lunch- wendys burger with 1/2 baked potato with water
Dinner-I think I may have skipped opps ! =)
Saturday-Breakfast -egg and cheese bacon sandwich on whole grain bread
Lunch- Arbys turkey onionswiss sanwich and curly frys
Dinner.. I think I skipped had last lunch
Sunday
Breakfast- skipped
Lunch- Ugh sonic burger with tots
Dinner- I have no clue im really not that hungry ..
I weigh 134.
