ive already done some damage today
B: bowl of Honey bunches of oats with soy milk (switching to rice dream soon)

S: 3 lemonade girl scout cookies

L: 4 vegan hot dogs, i piece of whole wheat toast, mustard

glass of juice
bottle of water

Exercises: did 100crunch / situps on the ab lounge

S: fiber one chocolate and oats bar

D: who knows. maybe some broth or or vegtable soup

Im hating my love handles and thighs today. I just wish I was rich enough to have lipo lol

for lunch i ended up having a "healthy choice" meal... BBQ chicken........260 calories...... w/ water

dinner: home made BBQ Ribs, cole slaw, & baked beans = idk how many calorieslol
apple juice = 100


exercise: walked 50 minutes.. 10 push ups.. 25 sit ups!

Good evening ladies!!

B: 2 eggs whites. V8VFusion.
(pill )

L:1/2 cup of chicken noodle soup.1/2Ham & Cheese pita club (from local cafe). a few french fries. 1/2 cup of coffee. glass of water.
( pill )

D: 1/2 McDonalds Ranch Grilled Snack Wrap. Apple Dippers. water.

Snacks: SlimFast Banana Nut Muffin.
1 cup of Breyers All Natural Butter Pecan Ice Cream.

Total taken in: 1,245 calories

Exercise: Was going to exercises, but I walked around a lot today.
I will do them in the morning!

Total burned: 293 calories

***Sparkpeople.com is telling me:

1635 / 860
*You've gone over your weekly calories burned goal by a significant amount.

***Should I be worried??

it IS important to be eating the right foods and right amounts if you're going to be working out and burning them. your body still needs a good amount to function. if you know you're going to be working out like this all of the time. eat a little more. even if its just an apple. it will help replenish those lost calories your body DOES need...

Friday :
B: 1/4 peach
L: Tuna
D:   mc donalds   side salad, cheeseburger, small fry
Snack: Shake

exercise : walk for 30 min

Saturday :
B: skip
L: skip
D: crunchwrap from taco bell

snack : tagalong blizzard from dairy queen

Exercise: walked 3 hours
and i weighed myself this morning : boooo 197

L: 1/4 of my ham & cheese pita club. 6 Special K Crackers. water.

D: Cheeseburger (with bun & ketchup). Some pretzels & chips with ranch dip. Then my grandma made this awesome ice cream cake!! <--((ice cream sandwiches with cool whip on top--then frozen!)) I am going to make a healthier versiom with the skinny cow ice cream sandwiches!! :]
**I had all this with (2) lipton rasberry diet white tea.

Snacks: Slimfast BananaNut Muffin. 1 cup 2% milk.

Total taken in (so far) : 1,519 calories

Exercise:Flirty Girl Fitness DVD. AM Yoga.

Total Burned (so far) :516 calories

Today has been waaaaay too long, I am ready for bed. Trin went down early because she skipped her 2nd nap, so I am taking advantage of that and hitting the hay!!!
