lot of people gain cuz bf make you want to eat just have to watch what you eat

Yeah, my baby weight has been long gone! haha
I when I started my diet I needed to lost 43lbs!
But I have lost 8 so ..

yeah I signed up to go to the gym, but I havn't gone in 2 weeks.
I just havn't had time.
My boyfriend got kicked out of my house( I live with my mom)
and I just havn't had the time to go work out.

its me and my husbands 3 years of "being together" today lol

YESTERDAY!~!

Breakfast: Special K cereal & 2% milk = 240 calories
Lunch: Pizza (its a lean cuisine kind) = 360
Crystal light = 10
Dinner: Fettechini (sp?) chicken alfredo (lean cuisine) = 230
Apple juice box = 100
Snacks: 100 calorie snack cake
Large sonic cherry limeade chiller = 575 calories!!! holy shit lol
Strawberries & whipped cream = 50 calories
Total = 1,665 calories!!   yay go me!!



TODAY!!!!

Breakfast: Special K & 2% milk = 240
Lunch: Subway, turkey breast & ham = 290
apply juice = 100
Snack: Triple layer nachos at taco bell = 340
Snack: strawberries & whipped cream = 40 calories
apple juice = 100 calories
Dinner: Lean cuisine pizza = 360 calories
2nd time Dinner: BBQ chicken lean cuisin = 250
snack = breakfast quesadilla, smart ones = 260

TOTAL: 1,980

aww happy anniversary its me n hubbys 7 yr weddin anniversary today

and i am not breasfeeding just taking alli. so it must be working i cant wait to join a gym

Dinner - soup 100 cals. with a juice (10 cals ) crystal light

Hello Ladies!

B: 2 egg whites. V8-VFusion. and some of zakk's leftovers. (112cal)
( -1 pill-)

L: 17 Special K Crackers. slices of cheddar cheese. Red Bull. (314cal)
(forgot to take 2nd pill today.)

D: About 5 slices of Monical's cheese pizza.Bottle of water with Lipton Packet. (700cal)

Snacks: about 4 cups of light butter popcorn. (80cal)
about 3 water bottles all day with lipton packets.

Total: 1,206 calories

Exercise: taking the day off. today hasn't been a good day (emotionally) I am just not up for exercising... : /

L: baked wheat thins and tuna (about 300 cal.)

S: non fat pudding.(80 cal)

Alright so yesterday pretty much sucked!
I decided one day a week I can cheat, so I had wendys buffalo chiken bites... and mcdonalds for dinner, mcdonalds just because we had no time to cook anything actually healthy last night...

So it went like this
Breakfast- Slim fast
Lunch- Chicken Bites &Frys
Dinner- 1/2 angus burger and medium frys


In my defense... the burger had lettuce! and tomatos....

Im sure I went about 300 calories over yesterday, but my workouts came in and im starting them tonight! well I may actually go do yoga and then we are going shopping for food for a cookout tomorrow!


Tip* The yoga booty ballet book says if you have to eat a burger ( like 4th of july weekend) lol use lettuce instead of a bun! or a whole grain wheat hamburger bun!

I JUST WOKE UP & WEIGHED MYSELF!!!!!!!
I KNOW ITS NOT WEIGH IN DAY BUT STILL........

I know I'm not regularly part of this thread but I just had to say bc I'm pretty proud of myself:

for breakfast, i had a 2 egg omlet with spinach, a banana, and 1 piece of toast. That was probably the healthiest breakfast I've ever eaten.

then for lunch I had a GNC lean shake, and an apple.
probably the healthiest lunch I've ever eaten.

  that's all.

P.S. the omlet was great, but if you decide to make one, include some spices of your choice.

I didnt get on much yesterday so I didnt do it   but here it is today not much to tell about though because we had a yard sale. lol

B; a few sips of Pepsi ( )

Lunch: a glass of kool-aid. lol

For dinner we are going to a b-day party with hot dogs and such so it will make up for my not eating today. lol
