Breakfast: Honey Nut Cherios and skim milk,Bottle of water,plum.
Lunch: Turkey breast w/lettuce tomato little bit of mustard on whole wheat bread. Yogurt and glass of Oj
Afternoon snack: Cup of applesauce,Cup of grapes and glass of water
Dinner: Grilled chicken breast,steamed broccoli w/cheese and garden salad with Balsamic vinagrette.
Night snack : Popcorn
