Breakfast : a rice crispy 90 cal ..

Ok i know i need to stop but im obsessed with these. lol

Lunch Chicken noodle soup and a weight watchers chocolate bar 180 calories

Dinner tuna with wheat bread 100 cal
and a bowl of chinese food about 2-300 cals

Cheat : a bite of chocolate
and 2 more rice crispys !

Do you use sparkpeople.com?
How many calories are you tryting to eat a day?

I'm just curious if you use sparkpeople.com, because they help you find out how many calories it is that you need to be eating in order to lose weight.. Not eating enough calories and enough fats, protiens, and carbs can actually make it harder for you to lose weight..

If you don't use it, you should.. I looove this site!

I know what you mean.. when I first signed up, it confused the shit out of me.. I was going to stop using it because I didn't like it.. but then after like two days and I didn' twrite anything down in my journal of what I ate, I knew that I needed to figure it out so that I can track what I eat.. after playing around with it for a little bit, I got it down and I looove that site! Lol.. If you're up and bored for a while, you should sign on and mess with it so you can get used to the site..

I was reading what you ate, and it doesnt sound like you eat much? Are you ever hungry throughout the day?

Now that I've been eating healthier, I actually eat more & I don't ever feel hungry.. I already feel better!

Im soooo late on this, but im really trying to lose weight this time lol

Breakfast:
banana Stawberry smoothie: 1 serving size 172 cal.
5 strawberries
1/2 banana
1/3 cup milk
1/8 granola

Exercise:
20 min Cardio workout
10min crunches
Snacks:

Nutra-Grain bar: 130 cal.
1 slice whole wheat bread

Lunch: mini subway sand which
on Whole wheat/ no cheese/ ranch
lettuce;cucumber;bellpepper;oil&pepper

Dinner
Salmon Salad
2 cups mixed greens; 1/4 bell pepper; 4 small mushrooms sliced;
& tbl spoon of ranch

I love reading everyones food journal on here!
Gives me great ideas on what to eat hahaa,I hope no one minds that i join this im not trying to loose baby weight just yet,im still pregnant i just want to watch what i eat!

im 8 months pregnant and now 232 lbs.so i shouldnt be gaining to much weight to begin with!
Anyone have any good snack ideas that are filling yet healthy to eat while pregnant?

Btw whoever posted pictures i definetly see a difference and i hope i look that good after baby!

i cheated so bad yesterday (4th of july). we had a cookout.. i ate 2 cheeseburgers, 1 1/2 hot dogs, grilled chicken breast, shrimp macaroni salad, potato salad, and 2 fudgesicles lmfao. i gained 3 lbs.

today i got off to a bad start.. i had 1 left over cheeseburger for breakfast. i wish i hadnt eaten it. i will probably only have an adkins shake later on. Its gum and water for the rest of the day until i get those 3 lbs off!

I didnt have such a good day either! i ate way to much! im going back on my diet tommarow though cause i hate starting on sundays!
