Got a Myspace??

Now you can get a Bodyspace! For some reason I had an epiphony or however you spell it and I picked up a magazine called Oxygen; It's a women's fitness magazine. There are all these amazing looking women in it and there is a section of before and afters. Well this lady said that she joined Bodyspace, where you post up a photo of yourself and you keep posting and blogging until you meet your goals. I now am so motivated, that I got a trainer and am starting to lift weights to possibly start competing in competitions. It's awesome. You just have to see the amazing bodies on Bodyspace to get motivated! The magazine is awesome as well. But the point is, having a Bodyspace keeps you on track and you get to meet people who are having the same struggles as you and are wanting to meet the same goal. HOpe it helps!

the thing about looking at other people's amazing bodies kind of creeps me out. I think that would get me motivated to stop eating, not start exercising.
