WOOT!!!

posted 3rd Jun
I just got my new car! It's a 2009 Toyota Matrix. I don't have my camera with me, but here's a picture I googled of my exact car:

I've been needing a new car for a really long time, since my soon-to-be-ex-husband took the car that we were sharing, and I needed something to get myself and the kids around, as well as a way to get to and from work. I've been working really, really hard to get this car, so I'm super excited. Getting this car feels like a huge first step in the moving on process. I'm really proud of myself

What the fuck?! I donated money to you so that you could have life-saving surgery because you were in such dire straights that you couldn't even pay a co-pay and now you're buying a brand new car (that, umm...costs more than my brand-new car)?? I know other people have questioned you and the validity of your story and your need for money, but never until this point have I doubted you. I feel used.

And don't fucking tell me that you need a car to get around. I have no doubt that you do, but if you really are so hard up for money then you would buy a used or certified used vehicle, not a shiny fucking 2009.

Loser.

I agree with this. Never have I doubted her....But really? When I had no way of transportation I had to get my 2006 Nissan.

Maybe if I would have kept the $100 I donated to her, that could go towards a new car for myself. smh

I'm starting to wonder the same thing. I helped as much as possible and was scared shitless when she tried to kill herself.

But now it seems like she's lying. I don't get it frankly.

I am curious as to how you're able to afford this car?

Out of all our conversations, here, through txt, aol and the phone... I wouldn't think you'd be able to afford it.

I know that I've not been through what you've been through, but even still I'm NOT able to afford a 2009 car, not even the CHEAPEST one on the market.

there was this homeless guy in Boston, that we would drive past everyday....on the onramp...he was all dirty and had a sighn that was begging for money. We (since we were stopped in traffic) would toss him a buck every now and again, alot of cars gave change. This went on all summer.....then he was on the news...caught getting into his BMW that was parked 2 blocks away. He got arrested and everything..they figured by the fact he had a stuio apartment and a 2005 BMW (at the time it was 2005) he made around 100K a year...on everyones donations

That's crazy... I've heard that pan handlers make some mad money. I don't doubt it though... everyone has a soft spot at some point.

I was shocked, here I gave him spare change and money throughout the summer...it adds up, all to go to his penthouse sweet....while i was living in a friggin apartment with my medically needy son, mother and bf. This situation reminded me of that.

The more I think of this I really regret donating her any money.

I have her over 100 fucking dollars, because she was so strapped for cash and needed money for surgery and meds and now she pulls this...

Hell if she is that loaded now, can I have my money back?
