If you pump breast milk while you are pregnant, will it cause your milk to come in before you deliver?

I don't think so because women that still are nursing while they are pregnant with their second or subsequent children at the same time don't have any problems with it letting up or anything, but in those cases it just didn't go away in the first place...

I knew a girl who was induced. She started pumping a few days before to get her supply in so I don't see why not. Just not so far in advance.

no but it can couse you to go in to premature labor.
baby eating or pumping relises a chemical that trigers contractions

How do women who are already breastfeeding other babies do it? My MIL had 7 kids stairstep and she breastfed them as long as she could. She even breastfed while she was pregnant and weaned them within a week or two of her due date. I guess her body had a tolerence?

then if it starts labor, why dont the women who continue to breastfeed other children while pregnant not go into labor? (if that made sense?)

Yeah it makes me wonder... I guess she had a tolerence built up since she didn't stop breastfeeding them in the firstplace.. but I don't know.
