Black Cohosh?

posted 18th Jun
okay, I have a bottle of Black Cohosh that my mom and I purchased at wal-greens. The milligrams are 40 a pill, and the brand is "nature's resources"

It's supposed to help bring on labor. Has anyone tried this, and how many mg/ pills would you reccommend if you did it.

Did it work for anyone? Input please before I pop a couple..lol.
